Profile of Jon Rock, Director of Professional Services
This service is provided under the direction of Jon A.
Rock, F.C.I.S., F.I.I.S., MOI.
With over 39 years experience in Company Formations and
Company Secretarial Practice, Jon has been a Director and
Company Secretary of ICC Information Limited since 1991.
Prior to joining ICC he spent over 24 years in the industry,
10 years with Deloitte and other leading firms of accountants.
He is a Fellow and past-President of the Institute of Chartered
Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) – Irish Region.
He remains an active member of Irish Region Council of the
ICSA.
He has chaired the ICSA’s Law & Current Affairs
Committee and the Irish Registrars’ Group.
He is a member of the Investigation Committee of the Institute
of Incorporated Public Accountants.
He is also a member of the International Tax Planning Association
and the Offshore Group.
In March 2005, the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment,
Micheál Martin T.D., appointed Jon Rock to the Company
Law Review Group (CLRG), where he represents the Institute
of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators – Irish
Region.
As a consequence of Jon’s appointment, ICC Information
is now ideally placed to furnish its clients with regular
Updates in relation to forthcoming changes in law, as it
affects Irish business, on a real-time basis.
Jon’s expertise and know-how is transferred to all
ICC personnel in regular in-house training sessions allowing
ICC to serve YOU, the client, better.

JASON BOWERS - CUSTOMER ACCOUNT DEVELOPMENT
& SUPPORT MANAGER
Jason joined ICC in July 2007 in the role of New Business
Development Executive for Company Formations. Having very
quickly made his mark in this role, he was promoted to Customer
Account Development & Support Manager in January 2008.
Jason possesses a BSc Degree in Sports Management and "keeps
the Team members on their toes". Jason achieved his
Degree at University College Dublin in 2006.
GRAHAM MAHON - NEW BUSINESS
Graham joined ICC Formations in January 2008 and has become
an integral member of our very dynamic Company Formations
Team. Graham spent the previous two years in retail sales
with Elverys Sports. Graham achieved his BA Degree at the
National University of Ireland in Galway.
